  • Every piece is hand-coiled, which means built by hand.

    No two are the same, and none will be identical to its photograph. Differences in colour, surface, height, and the small asymmetries of a hand-built form are to be expected. They aren’t faults. They’re the evidence of the making, and they’re the reason the work looks the way it does.

    So we don’t offer refunds for variation in glaze or form.

    If you are unsure about the piece, please ask me before you order. We will send you more photos of the actual piece, a video and measurements, anything you need.

    If something goes not as planned during production we will notify you as soon as possible and offer one of the following options. Discount on a current order / full remake with the order being prioritized / discount on a future order.

  • All pieces are water safe unless mentioned otherwise in the description. So you can use them for fresh flowers.

  • Some pieces are available to pre-order. They haven’t been made yet.

    An order placed now is expected to ship in 6 weeks. Payment is taken at the time of order. You are reserving the piece, and the making begins because of it.

    If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock pieces, everything ships together once the pre-order piece is ready. If you’d prefer the in-stock pieces sooner, email us and ww will send them separately. The second shipment will be charged at the normal rate.

    Six weeks is the honest estimate for building, drying, glazing, and firing. Clay doesn’t hurry.

  • Prices are displayed in USD and AED. All transactions are processed in USD.

    The AED figure is indicative. Your bank will convert at its own rate on the day, and may add its own fee.

  • Every piece is made by hand in Dubai and ships from Dubai.

    At the moment we only ship within the UAE.

    Collection in the studio in Dubai · free. Contact us through email or instagram before ordering and we’ll arrange it.

  • We will cover it.

    Photograph the damage and the packaging before unpacking any further, and email us at hello@soiostudio.ae within 7 days of delivery.

    We will replace the piece as soon as we can, or refund you in full, your choice. You don’t pay shipping. Please keep the box and the packing until it’s resolved. The carrier will ask for them.

  • Each piece is one of a kind and made slowly, by hand.
    All sales are final. We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

    If something has gone wrong, always write to us. We read every email.

  • Do you ship to my country? For now we ship only within UAE.

    Why are prices in USD? This platform doesn’t support AED at checkout. Prices are shown in both, but your card is charged in USD at your bank’s rate.

    When will my pre order arrive? Six weeks from order, plus shipping time. Payment is taken when you order.

    Can I change my address after ordering? If it hasn't been dispatched, yes. Email or Instagram message us quickly. Once it's shipped, we can't guarantee changes.

    What if it arrives damaged? Photograph it, email us within 7 days, keep the box. We will replace or refund.

    Will I pay customs? No customs within UAE.
